TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A recently formed tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 300 miles south of the coast of Baja California. Experts are expecting that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is heading northwestward at a rate of 15 mph
